The WG is not active any longer. Its responsibilities are now split between the EW WG (for what concerns the measurements and their interpretation) and the MC WG (for what concerns the impact of MB and UE data on the MC tuning)

Original Tasks:

• Determination of general properties of the structure of final states in MB events and in the UE of hard collisions
• Definition of common observables, to be used for comparison across the experiments
• Discussion of MC event-generator tools, definition of common benchmarks
• Global tuning of MC parameters
